Although a Vuly trampoline is designed for easy assembly, it is possible to become confused or misunderstand an instruction in the video or reference manual. If this should occur, we strongly suggest that you contact our customer service team and explain the situation. We can then assist you over the phone and thoroughly answer any questions you may have.
Before assembling the trampoline, you may find it helpful to know some of the common mistakes that previous customers have made. Becoming aware of these frequent errors may prevent time loss and frustration. Below are some of the most frequently cited mistakes reported to our customer service team:
Some customers experience difficulty when joining the jump-mat to the trampoline frame. In the excitement of a near-completed assembly, customers can sometimes forget that there is an easy and effective strategy to employ when attaching the springs to the jump-mat.
Often customers begin attaching each and every single spring to the mat and frame. This creates a problem when the customer gets halfway around the frame, as he or she must fight against the springs that have already been attached. The easier way to approach the assembly of the jump mat to the trampoline is to only attach every 10th spring. Employing this strategy means that the customer will only be pulling against a small number of springs when he or she reaches the opposite side of the trampoline. As a result, the customer will find that it is very easy to attach each of the springs.
Once a full lap has been completed around the trampoline, the mat should now sit correctly in place and the gaps between the springs can be filled. To complete the process of attaching the springs between the trampoline and the jump-mat, simply attach a spring between each of the springs that have already been assembled. After completing a few more laps around the trampoline, all of the springs will be attached without physical exertion or mental frustration.
Many customers purchase a trampoline without carefully considering the spatial dimensions of their yards. In order to help us suggest the best trampoline for you, please have an idea of how big your yard area is. We have trampolines models to fit areas of every size!
It is important to remember that there should be sufficient amount of space around the circumference of the trampoline to ensure optimal safety. We strongly recommend positioning the trampoline in an area where there are clear passages for other people to walk past. Additionally, ensure that the area above, below, and adjacent to the trampoline is free from debris and stumbling risks.
Tree branches, shrubs, roofs, cables, and other adjacent objects can pose a hazard to jumpers or could cause damage to your trampoline. We stress the importance of good judgment when positioning the trampoline, and encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns.
